Strength and Power Weeks 7-9

Week 7-9 Workouts Intensify

The PRIMARY focus for these weeks is to increase Strength and Power. 

Instructions:

The Goal is to MOVE DAILY and Increase weight for all exercises each week.

Use the make-up days as needed. If you miss a day and cannot make it up, do not worry, simply resume workouts on the next scheduled day.

Day 2: Tactical Basics/ Mobility Interval 1/ Running

Day 3: Lift MxS/ P-Full 2

Day 4: Tactical Basics/ Mobility Interval 2/ Running

Day 5: Lift MxS/ P-Full 3

Day 6: Tactical Basics/ Mobility Interval 3/ Running

Day 7: Rest/ Make-up
